Attached is a revised roster form for the NJABC.  This year there is a modification to our process.  Players are not required to sign the roster to participate in league play.  Players will be required to sign in for tournament play.  Please note that we require the parents e-mail address.   Please be sure to fill in all information, type or print clearly, and mail or e-mail to your league coordinator.  Remember to set  your print options to landscape before printing.  If you have a problem printing the document in landscape mode follow these options.

  1.  Scroll down and select roster form below.
  2. Click on the File Menu (upper left) on your tool bar. Select Save and save the file to your  local hard drive.
  3. Open the document using Excel. Depending on your browser you may be required to expand the column sizes in excel prior to editing,
  4. Edit the document in Excel.
  5. Click on the File Menu (upper left) select save as. Save the document as an Excel Workbook.
  6. Print the document in landscape mode and mail to your league coordinator. Or attach the document  to an e-mail and electronically mail it to your league coordinator
